What you'll be doing

Delivering a uniquely personalised service by listening to their needs, resolving first time, and ensuring the right outcome for the client and HL.
Able to identify and support vulnerable clients.
Working collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
Supports the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.

It's great if you have Pensions & Retirement experience but if you don't and come from the financial industry or have a client or customer facing background then we would love to hear from you.

About you

Essential

Experience working in customer service or administration.
Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure.
A strong desire to learn.
English and Maths GCSE grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)

Desirable

Experience working within financial services.
Experience working within pensions, estates or transfers.
A proven ability at working in a call centre environment.
Experience of dealing with internal or external clients.

Interview process

Competency based interview conducted either in person or on Microsoft teams

Working Schedule

Monday to Friday, one in three Saturdays per month, shifts between 8am 6pm. 37.5 hours a week
