What you'll be doing

  • Delivering a uniquely personalised service by listening to their needs, resolving first time, and ensuring the right outcome for the client and HL.
  • Able to identify and support vulnerable clients.
  • Working collaboratively with other teams within the business and external companies.
  • Supports the team's risk and control activities to ensure good client outcomes and risk management culture.

It's great if you have Pensions & Retirement experience but if you don't and come from the financial industry or have a client or customer facing background then we would love to hear from you.

About you

Essential

  • Experience working in customer service or administration.
  • Proven ability to work to a high accuracy and service.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organisation and communication skills.
  • Proactive and driven, taking ownership.
  • Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • A strong desire to learn.
  • English and Maths GCSE grades C / 4 or above (or equivalent qualifications/experience)

Desirable

  • Experience working within financial services.
  • Experience working within pensions, estates or transfers.
  • A proven ability at working in a call centre environment.
  • Experience of dealing with internal or external clients.

Interview process

  • Competency based interview conducted either in person or on Microsoft teams

Working Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, one in three Saturdays per month, shifts between 8am 6pm. 37.5 hours a week
