Description

Our client is an expanding cruise line and is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to deliver customer service and handle any customer enquiries and pre-trip documentation.

Based in Essex, they are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. Ideally from a travel background but not essential.


Guest Services Executive responsibilites:


  • Administration and communication of all pretrip documentation
  • Process payments for cruises or ancillary items
  • Follow up and guests requests and comments
  • Deal with all guests enquiries

Guest Services Executive skills:


  • Experience of working within customer service, preferably within the travel industry
  • A high standard of written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
  • Attention to detail

Additional info

  • 5 days per week with 1 Saturday every 5 weeks
  • Hybrid working 2 days in office, 3 days at home
  • Onsite free parking
