Description
Our client is an expanding cruise line and is seeking a Guest Relations Executive to deliver customer service and handle any customer enquiries and pre-trip documentation.
Based in Essex, they are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. Ideally from a travel background but not essential.Guest Services Executive responsibilites:
- Administration and communication of all pretrip documentation
- Process payments for cruises or ancillary items
- Follow up and guests requests and comments
- Deal with all guests enquiries
Guest Services Executive skills:
- Experience of working within customer service, preferably within the travel industry
- A high standard of written and spoken English
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly manner
- Attention to detail
Additional info
- 5 days per week with 1 Saturday every 5 weeks
- Hybrid working 2 days in office, 3 days at home
- Onsite free parking
