CLAIMS HANDLER - REMOTE WORKING (MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO LONG EATON)

We're recruiting for a Claims Handlers to work for our client in Long Eaton - you will be remote working but must be able to travel to Long Eaton for training.

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

Previously worked in a call centre environment is needed.
Experience before in a claims handler role would be very advantageous

DUTIES

To deploy a Supplier from our network to each claim within the required SLA.
To ensure that every caller receives excellent customer service whether this is a customer or a supplier.
To follow through every claim so that the customer is kept up to date at each point.
To progress, chase jobs with contractors.
Dealing with queries relating to insurance claims, repairs and failed appointments.

CONTRACT

Temp to Perm

HOURS

4 on 4 off includes weekends
5pm9pm every shift
4 hours per shift

PAY RATE
- £10.16 per hour
