Hours:
Full or part time considered

Mon to Thurs 8.00 am to 4.30pm, Fri 8.00am to 4.00pm

Or Part-time hours to be agreed

The role involves:

• General office administration
• Answering telephone/responding to customer enquires
• Data entry
• Using Sage for entering customer information and management of invoices
• Clock card processing for wage roll
• Scheduling of motorhome servicing for customers
• Admin for employees, i.e. new starters documents, holiday and absence records.
• Filing, scanning and document processing
• Management of post

We have a busy office with a growing to-do-list, we need someone who can demonstrate their experience in a busy admin role and who can hit the ground running.

• Knowledge of motorhome industry would be great, but this is not critical.
• Have worked in a manufacturing and/or motor repair/service environment
• Be computer literate
• Have experience of using Sage software (but not essential)
• Able to manage an admin role in a busy environment led by a timecritical schedule of work
• Well organised with good attention to detail
• A team player and maintain good humour in busy times
• Be selfmotivated and able to deal with a fastmoving, highpressure environment
