At our head office based in Rugby, we are looking for an experienced Operations administrator to support the day to day administrative and process management of the operational aspects of the business.


General:

To assist in the day to day administrative and process management of the operational aspects of the Company.


Main Duties:


Ø Communicate with Ops managers and Ops team on a regular basis to ensure all requirements for upcoming work is captured effectively to aid the smooth operation of the workforce.


Ø Distribution of RAMS packs and competencies to clients, and full details sent to the teams prior to the commencement of all jobs.


Ø Booking hotels in a timely and cost-effective manner and ensuring all relevant booking information is provided to the relevant operatives in good time.

Ø Planning and hiring of any equipment required to complete a job.


Ø Liaise with Ops managers and site workers on a regular basis to ensure the planning board is kept up to date and accurate.

Ø Control, issue, organise and upkeep PPE levels and store.

Ø Oversee and monitor in house procurement.

Ø Fleet compliance including daily check reports/R2C completed/clock watcher.

Ø Client management and KPI reports


Ø Take inbound calls from customers and suppliers, dealing with requests, forwarding as required and following up to ensure completion.

Ø Any other project work as required from time to time


General H&S Responsibilities:


Ø Comply with Health & Safety requirements: as per training, policies, procedures, risk assessments, method statements, safe systems of work etc.

Ø Actively seek to improve safety culture.

Ø Report any H&S issues/accidents/near misses to your line manager immediately.


Other General Responsibilities:

Ø Attend training as required to maintain personal qualification/competence.

Ø Comply with the Company Equal Opportunities Policy and promote equality.

Ø Any other duties as required by line management, commensurate with the post holder's level of training and competence.


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £24,000.00 per year
