Personal Injury Solicitor - Glasgow - Hybrid - Defender

My client, a Top 50 UK Law Firm, is looking for a 0-2 PQE Scottish qualified Personal Injury solicitor to join their highly experienced team based in their Glasgow office.

The Role:

Managed pre and post litigated disease and personal injury claims
Work as part of a team providing a comprehensive range of legal advice and representation to the team's clients
Demonstrate strong advocacy skills, and have the necessary flexibility to offer support in the handling of civil claims
Assist the Team Manager and other team members with their caseload, client development, client training, networking and public speaking (when and where required)
Liaise with various parties such as other solicitors, insurers, experts, counsel and clients
Control case manager diary and action lists
Draft various documents such a s letters, reports and pleadings
Perform billing duties, ensuring bills are paid in a timely manner
Achieve set financial and chargeable targets
02 PQE Scottish Qualified Solicitor
Knowledge of the Court of Session and Sheriff Court rules and litigation
Ability to influence a range of people including key decision makers
