Antac are a multi-disciplinary company that offer a range of services including Building Maintenance, M&E, MOD housing refurbs, Commercial Cleaning and Window Cleaning.

RESPONSIBILITES include but not limited to

Prepare reports on the survey findings, including cost estimates for any required work
Take pre and post inspection photographs, ensuring they have been correctly uploaded to CRM
Recording meter readings
Ensure all is carried out to a high standard
Monitor the progress of repair work, and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders

ESSENTIAL

Sound communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical skill, able to identify and diagnose problems quickly and accurately
Possess a good understanding and able to use a tablet effectively
Ability to pass security clearance
Full UK driving licence
