  • Oversee the collection of outstanding debts from clients.
  • Work closely with the Credit Manager and maintain the company's credit control system.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Implement effective recovery strategies.
  • Conduct credit checks for new customers and manage credit limits.
  • Provide monthly reports on credit control activities.
  • Liaise with customers regarding unpaid debts.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulatory standards.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful 'Credit Controller' should have:

  • Excellent knowledge of financial services and credit control procedures.
  • Must have a experience working in Credit Control.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and data management.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • A professional and ethical approach to handling confidential information.
