The job role:
- Work collaboratively with our Contract Process Administrator
- Streamline, continually manage and update the cycle of works trackers for our client (FRA, Joinery, Voids, Legal Disrepair, Day to day works etc)
- Administer jobs on Capita (Or similar system)
- Create and manage folder (scopes, variations, photos & electrical certs etc)
- Request, save and share photographic evidence of completed works, when required
- Liaise with site teams for job status updates
- Be a point of contact for our client and attend any requested meetings
- Update our client with works' status updates
- Advise when jobs are complete and can be invoiced
- Invoice jobs
- Ad hoc Office Duties
