Our client is looking for a
Permanent Administrator in London
Strong Excel knowledge

Has experience working in the social housing sector

Great communicator

Can do attitude

Volume of work is significant so someone that works well under pressure


The job role:

  • Work collaboratively with our Contract Process Administrator
  • Streamline, continually manage and update the cycle of works trackers for our client (FRA, Joinery, Voids, Legal Disrepair, Day to day works etc)
  • Administer jobs on Capita (Or similar system)
  • Create and manage folder (scopes, variations, photos & electrical certs etc)
  • Request, save and share photographic evidence of completed works, when required
  • Liaise with site teams for job status updates
  • Be a point of contact for our client and attend any requested meetings
  • Update our client with works' status updates
  • Advise when jobs are complete and can be invoiced
  • Invoice jobs
  • Ad hoc Office Duties
