Job Purpose
To support the delivery of IWFM's Academy face to face and online training offering. This will include the
scheduling of training courses, supporting the marketing of courses through web and other channels,
administration of courses and co-ordinating of post course activity.
**Job Description: Training Co-ordinator
**Key Accountabilities
**- Schedule training courses to meet budgetary requirements
- Working with IWFM Marketing team to market training courses, including the development of
- Working with IWFM Events to book suitable venues and manage venue preparation
- Appointing trainers to deliver courses and ensuring they have all required materials
- Working with the IWFM Sales and Finance team to manage sales of IWFM courses and manage
- Support the diversification of the product portfolio and the expansion of the existing trainer
- Provide support to the delivery of courses, e.g. collate and dispatch course materials, attend
- Coordinate post courseactivity, evaluation of feedback forms, provide feedback to course trainer,

- Communication skills to build working relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
- Continuous improvement skills to evaluate performance and offer solutions to challenges
