About Our Client:
An NHS Trust in West London.
Head of Employee Relations:
Responsible to Deputy Director of Workforce, this role will be a strong effective leader and will diagnose, design and deliver HR/ER interventions that support a 'just, fair and learning culture' supported by the trust's range of HR/ER policies, processes, ER Tracker, leadership competence, guidance and training that contributes to the achievement of this important element of the People Strategy.
Lead the Employee Relations Function in delivering a highly professional and effective ER advisory service to the Trust and seeking to continuously improve it.
The Successful Applicant:
Head of Employee Relations:
- Previous experience in employee relations, with examples of leading very complex cases, managing staff representatives, and satisfying stakeholders in conflict
- Demonstratable leadership experience, including management of a team in a stressful environment with shifting priorities
- Previous experience in implementation of HR strategy, change management, and measurement of performance against KPIs
- Successful development of stakeholder and communication strategies

- Temporary role for 3 months
- Band 8b £35ph + £5.45 holiday pay per hour = £40.45ph
- West London based must commit to 3 days onsite
