Swindon Borough Council's Homeline service enables people, especially older and more vulnerable individuals, to live independently in their own homes.

By joining us you will support the team with the installation, servicing, fault finding and removal of equipment. You will need to have the physical ability to climb stairs and carry equipment.


Your next role


In this position your varied responsibilities will include calling on service users/patients to check equipment and provide general information about the Homeline service.

In emergency situations you will assist Homeline Emergency Response Officers.

Your experience of dealing with the public will be essential to this position.

You will also have the ability to identify minor faults and the ability to follow manuals and accurate record keeping competency is crucial.
