£75,000 - £94,000 base depending on experience, plus full list of benefits below.
Contract: 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

The Role
The Net Revenue Manager is responsible for creating the overall Off Trade approach to Pricing, Promotions and Pack Strategy, developing, and driving levers to improve profitable revenue and value share growth for the business.
This role will work across all the Commercial teams, influencing stakeholders in Sales & Marketing to take actions in the market that deliver incremental growth for the business.
You'll also get the opportunity to develop new tools, processes, and insights alongside existing data to improve the link between category, brand and Off-Trade activities.
- Creating the pricing and promotional recommendations for all brands and packs Heineken UK sell into the market across all Off trade customers.
- Creating the pack architecture for each brand in the portfolio and ensure that the brands have relevant packs to meet shopper and consumer need.
- Defining the annual price increase process and planned levels of increase by brand and SKU (Stock Keeping Unit).
- Governance of revenue plan through business processes by ensuring we 'learn, share and reapply' each month, with the goal to deliver the plan or amend it to win where required.
- Line management of 2 direct reports.
If you have;
- A commercial or finance background.
- The ability to think strategically.
- The ability to deliver complex information in an easytounderstand format.
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
