We currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Aviation Logistics team in Aberdeen.

Reporting to the Aviation Logistics Manager, the role will be responsible for Supervising the delivery of Heli Operations Services and Passenger booking services to our clients.


Role responsibilities will include:

  • Presenting a positive image of the Company through first class service delivery and building effective relationships with clients, helicopter provider and other third parties.
  • Optimised delivery of Heli Operations Services and Passenger booking services to our clients.
  • Coordination and responsibility for ensuring appropriate cover for holidays, sickness absence, emergency response and support for weekend cover.
  • Supervision of team of aviation logistics coordinators across all clients
  • Reviewing staffing levels and shift patterns to optimise operational efficiency and costs
  • Provision of support to Client Aviation Lead as required
  • Work closely with client representative to ensure budgets are effectively managed and maintained
  • Reporting and analysis of information.
  • Identifying efficiency opportunities.
  • Develop the service to other customers
Minimum Competencies (Skills, Knowledge and Behaviours)

  • Maintains positive work relationships.
  • Previous experience in a Logistics / Aviation role.
  • Computer literate with welldeveloped IT skills across the Microsoft suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong experience and knowledge of Vantage.
  • Solutions based with strong planning, organising and numerical skills, and an excellent attention to detail.
  • Accustomed to working effectively in a fastpaced environment, flexible and can adapt to changing workloads and priorities, where high standards are not compromised under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and in writing.
  • Ability to work standalone while a positive contributor to the wider team.
Minimum Qualifications

  • Educated to National Level 5 or equivalent
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • IOSH Working Safely
