Euro London Appointments are working with a leading online retail company as we look to augment their customer support division.

This is a hybrid position based in Southwest London and requires you to work occasional evenings and weekends in a hybrid setting from Monday to Saturday.


Responsibilities:


  • Provide highlevel proactive customer service at all customer contact points
  • Effective communication with customers and all other relevant parties to ensure an excellent consumer experience
  • Assisting with the management of social media sites

  • Excellent communicator who thrives at developing relationships and collaborating with others

Necessary Experience:

  • Fluent German & English speaker (both written and oral)
  • 1year experience in a Customer Service role
