An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Secretary to join the Clinical Health Psychology Department at St Lukes Hospital.

This is a new post and would be an ideal opportunity for someone looking to expand their experience and knowledge.


You should be literate and numerate with excellent organisational time management and IT skills and an ability to work without supervision.

You will have a high standard of communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with staff at all levels.

You will be confident, enthusiastic, motivated with experience of dealing with conflicting demands. You will be an excellent team player and demonstrate pride in your work.


You will be responsible for a range of duties including diary management, processing referrals, arranging patient appointments, support meetings (including minute taking), format letters, digital dictation, data quality as required by the Staff Support, Adult and Child Psychology Services as well as covering reception when needed.
