Complaints Officer - Sidcup/Stratford (12 Months FTC)

Sidcup or Stratford - Hybrid working with 2/3 days being home based
Salary:
£26,198- £28,000 per annum DOE
Hours:35 hours per week
Shifts:
Monday - Friday, shifts between 8am - 8pm (usually 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm)
CCA Recruitment are supporting a key client within the housing sector to recruit Complaints officers.
Our client is looking for talented individuals who can demonstrate strong communication skills, and those who are equally committed in making the right decision regarding complaints.
The company strive to provide their customers a first-class service to all customers.As a Complaints Officer, this role involves:
- Taking the lead in managing complaints.
- Control of your own caseload and be responsible for a positive outcome for the customers.
- Maintaining excellent written outcomes for the customer complaints.
Skills & Experience required as a Complaints Officer:
- Strong time management and able to work to deadlines.
- Able to work in a team and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Great customer service with strong empathy.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Thrives working in a fastpaced environment.
