Some finance/accounting knowledge is require so the role therefore might suit a Finance, Accounting or Economics Graduate or AAT Studier.

Working as part of a large collaborative team, the individual appointed will have a number of duties and responsibilities including:

Reconciling a high volume of customer payments
Reviewing unallocated cash
Processing payments and refunds
Working to daily targets
Dealing with incoming queries

Customer service skills and experience are also a bonus, but are not required.
