Programme Marketing Manager, (Hybrid)

Reporting to Global Marketing Director and Head of Programmes

You will use your knowledge to create program proposal strategies including developing recruitment campaigns for these programs whilst analysing return on investment.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Working closely with the Marketing team of regional/national partners (for example, government);
Monitor, oversee and assist any collateral or messaging created by internal/external resources.
Work with agencies where necessary to back up and create PR and marketing campaigns for the programmes.
Manage marketing budget spend on behalf of the company and its partners
Discover and engage with media & new possible partners that help build the programmes' opportunity, reach and impact.
Engage and assist in the smooth, efficient management and delivery of a programme at every stage by the delivery team and involved partners.

Experience and Qualifications required:
-
Minimum of 3 years in Marketing:

Experience in executing marketing strategies to build brand awareness and lead generation
Ability to manage budgets, timelines, business expectations and marketing objectives successfully.
Experience with sponsorship and programme management.
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau
Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as presentation skills.
Demonstrated event execution experience and leadership.
