Description

Stafford Johnson are seeking a full time Sales Negotiator to join our expanding team at our Goring by Sea office.


You'll be responsible for matching buyers to suitable homes and conducting viewings on a wide range of properties, from starter homes to luxury million-pound properties.


The ability to be self motivated and work on your own initiative as well as a confident telephone manner and exemplary customer service skills will be needed as you will deal with clients phoning and visiting our office for advice.


Strong organisational skills and a good attention to detail are an essential part of the role as you'll need to manage a busy diary and prepare properties to be listed on the market.


Previous experience in estate agency is essential.


This is a full time permanent position and you must be able to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).

You must also be a car owner and hold a full UK driving licence.

We are offering a competitive salary with uncapped commission, along with many other benefits such as private medical insurance.

As the business expands there is potential for quick career progression within the company.

£22,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
