The role involves providing high-level system, project and administrative support to more senior staff by assisting in the implementation and support of a range of clinical and patient management systems.

This includes giving support to the Implementation Manager in day-to-day operations and configuration of internal and national systems. Additionally, you will assist with project planning, implementation of new functionality, provide training and guidance to team members.
