Tonic are recruiting a Chef Manager based at one of our client's B&I contract catering operations in Shepherds Bush.

You will be responsible for creating exciting menu choices for breakfast and lunch plus a busy hospitality schedule, so experience with alllevels of hospitality is essential.

You must have a true passion for sourcing local ingredients and creating sustainable menus.

Essential qualities for Chef Manager applicants to be considered:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience within fresh food, contract catering
  • Chef Manager or Head Chef experience within B&I contracts is essential
  • An expert knowledge/passion for ingredients, food trends and new concepts
  • A real team leader, who enjoys motivating and developing others around them
