We are pleased to be working with one of the leading and fastest growing Fire & Security companies in the UK.
They are looking to appoint an additional experienced Fire & Security Installation Engineer to complete installations consisting of 1st and 2nd fix of all aspects of fire and security - Intruder, CCTV, Access control, intercom systems and Fire Alarms.
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be required to work as part of a team be competent in all aspects of installation techniques.
- Assist the Project engineer with the following dutiesCommissioning and handover of fire alarm, access control, CCTV, and intruder alarm systems to the highest standards.
- Responsible for ensuring phase deadlines are met and customer expectations exceeded.
- Maintain impeccable conduct and deliver the highest standard of customer service.
- Required to keep concise and accurate records of work completed.
- Complete and submit timesheets, expenses, and mileage forms.
- Attend various training courses as and when required.
- Be conversant in regulations with cable installations.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Highly qualified, skilled, and experienced Fire & Security Engineering background.
- Knowledge of Fire detection and related systems: BS FIA Experience in a similar management role.
- Customer focused with the ability to resolve customer enquiries.
- The successful applicant will be exemplary in conduct and appearance, possessing excellent communication skills and an inner drive to always deliver the highest standards at all times.
- A meticulous, thorough approach is required to ensure attention to the detail is maintained.
- Flexibility, Adaptability and Reliability are vital attributes.
- The applicant will be a selfmotivated with the ability and desire to manage their workload and course work efficiently, meeting deadlines and achieving all targets.
- Be capable of working effectively under pressure in a deadline driven environment.
- Excellent communication, admin and people skills.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a structured approach.
- Selfmotivated, proactive and enthusiastic.
- The ability to work independently and desire to learn.
