    SAP SuccessFactors Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors expert to take ownership of the day-to-day maintenance of our client's system, while playing a key role in new integrations, enhancements, and system bolt-ons as they continue to scale.

    About the Role

    • Manage the day-to-day maintenance and support of SAP SuccessFactors
    • Implement new modules & integrations to support business growth
    • Support M&A system transitions, ensuring seamless onboarding of new teams
    • Drive HR system enhancements, troubleshooting, and configurations
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise HR processes & system functionality

    Your Skills & Experience

    • Proven experience working with SAP SuccessFactors (configuration, administration & support)
    • A problem-solver who enjoys optimising HR systems for scalability & efficiency
    • Someone with a proactive mindset who thrives in a fast-moving, evolving business
    • Experience supporting M&A integrations is a plus
