Description

We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team to support the day-to-day running of the business from our Head Office in Greenock.

This is a full time position. Monday - Friday


Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Answering the phone, scheduling meetings, and supporting visitors
  • Administrative duties such as filing, scanning, binding, drafting documents
  • Use of SAGE accounts to raise Purchase Orders, Sales Order, Quotations, and Invoices
  • Ordering from suppliers
  • Supporting Contract Managers in fulfilling their role
  • Any other administrative duties required for the smooth running of the office

  • Polite telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn new skills
  • PC literate in Microsoft packages: Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint

Desirable Skills:


  • Experience of SAGE accounts/payroll
  • Previous administration experience in a busy office environment
  • Experience within the cleaning industry
  • Knowledge of Risk Assessments and COSHH
