Head of Partnerships - Warwickshire - Up to £95,000 - Luxury Retail
Our client is a leading luxury brand known for its exceptional quality and design. The Head of Partnerships plays a pivotal role in managing and driving the brand's success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to achieve and surpass financial targets.
- Secure new global brand partners, elevating the brand's prestige and influence.
- Drive the business towards becoming a worldclass leading Design service/brand extension.
- Collaborate with Senior Management to formulate a strategic approach that aligns with overall brand objectives.
- Identify new growth opportunities that enhance the Ultra Luxury positioning in the market.
- Manage and nurture a highperforming design and commercial team.
- Develop and execute 10year business plans, taking ownership of annual budgets, targets, and growth plans.
- Support the team in resolving issues, servicing existing partners and customers, and ensuring timely delivery of tasks.
- Work closely with legal and finance to align business plan objectives and ensure business compliance.
- Ensure worldclass design and services that align with the brand's ultraluxury positioning.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven track record in building and managing a worldclass business and design operation.
- Successful execution of business plans and achieving significant growth.
- Deep understanding of the ultraluxury segment and clear vision for its potential.
- Experience in leading and managing teams.
- Preferably, previous experience working with luxury brands.
- Ideally, prior experience working for a luxury brand.
- Inspiring leadership qualities that motivate and guide the team.
- Creative problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and engage stakeholders.
- Credibility to interact with seniorlevel executives and CEOs.
- Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.
- Strong IT skills, including Email, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and familiarity with social media platforms.
- A collaborative team player with a positive "cando" attitude.
- Organised, disciplined, and detailoriented.
- Exceptional relationshipbuilding skills with clients.
- Confident in leading meetings and public speaking engagements.
- Skilled in negotiation and commercially focused approaches.
