Overall Job Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with customers to ensure timely dispatch of their purchases.
Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure Auction items are dispatched in a timely manner.
Be the first point of contact for customers in person and over the telephone and on our live chat service.
Greet customers professionally and deal with their enquires accordingly.
Accurately input bids for both David Duggleby and Duggleby Stephenson.
Assist in arranging appointments for valuers.
Assist with the smooth running of the business on auction and viewing days.
Work with all members of the team to provide an efficient, effective and seamless job performance.

Skills & Qualifications

Good IT Skills, ideally proficient with MS Office products.
Ability to work comfortably with MS Outlook essential.
Good administrative skills.
Good standard of communication, Literacy & numeracy skills required.

This is an interesting and developing role for an experienced administrator, looking to for a customer service position that involves developing and improving systems and procedures.
