Come and join the Sulzer Service UK in Falkirk as our Business Support Administrator and be a part of our exciting team.


This is a great opportunity for you provide business administration support to our Service Centre, if you are highly motivated, hardworking with excellent communication and customer service skills you can help us take Sulzer Service UK to the next level.


In this role you will be accountable for:

  • Supporting with the administrations and preparation of tenders, reports and project correspondance
  • Monitoring, analysing and reporting on project KPIs
  • Administrating the rolling forecast, monitoring of live jobs and updating on a weekly basis to undertsand the progress or limitations of job completion
  • Processing all credit control queries relating to the service centre and liaise with customers
  • Praoctively supporting Sulzer initiatives to promote a safe culture of working, evirnmental protection and helath and safety for all

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • SVQ/HNC Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience of supporting administration duties and multitasking within a busy office environment
  • Experience of payroll collation is desirable
  • Exceptional communication and customer service skills
  • Methodical and well organised with a strong ability to prioirtise work
  • Able to use your own initive and be proactive
  • Proficient with Microsoft Programs
  • Excel/Word/PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Commercial acumen
  • Great attention to detail

It lies in the Forth Valley, 23.3 miles (37.5 km) north-west of Edinburgh and 20.5 miles (33.0 km) north-east of Glasgow.
