About the role

The Operations Administrator is to be the main contact for field service support and processing spare part requests for installed systems. You are also responsible for providing administrative support as required to the Operations and Purchasing team.

Key Responsibilities will include:

Processing spare parts requests in a timely manner
Return management process
Internal stock transfers for warehouse replenishment
Supplier management: liaise and manage suppliers,
Materials management: ensuring product received on time and delivery dates are achieved and in line with internal KPI's.
Adhoc administrative tasks as required.
Commercial invoice translation
Creating/ Updating Microsoft Excel trackers

Essential Skills & Experience:

Attention to detail. Thoroughly reviewing and checking work to avoid errors and maintain accuracy.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
High integrity in all administrative responsibilities
Problem solving, ability to analyse complex requests and manage suitable solutions.
Proficient in business systems for order processing
Experienced in Business and Administration roles.
Evidence of teamwork & collaboration, working effectively with others.

Desirable Skills & Experience:

Sage200 experience or equivalent ERP/SAP system
Supply chain management
Medical /Pharmaceutical regulations and/or processes
