This Top 30 International Law Firm is looking for a Commercial Lawyer, 2 years PQE, to join within their Top-tier City of London practice as an Associate/Senior Associate.

The Role

The Commercial team provides leading business solutions to clients, ranging from highgrowth startups to multinationals and has a strong reputation with large global clients requiring sophisticated crossjurisdictional advice.
They cover the entire spectrum of commercial activity, particularly focusing on the areas of IT, IP, outsourcing and data protection.
Within this role you will be working on a range of commercial matters and dealing with commercial contracts focussing on the retail, life sciences & healthcare, financial services, and TMT sectors.

Requirements:

You will be a Commercial Lawyer, 2 years PQE
Good organisational skills.
Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
