Working within a fast paced and expanding team in the centre of Farnham as a Customer Service Administrator, this opportunity will launch your career in the office world.
This is an ideal first step into customer service administration if you are looking to kick start your career in an office environment.
Full training provided, no prior experience required and onsite parking available.
Daily Responsibilities:
Supporting internal departments with all administrative tasks
Recording transactions including sales, purchases, income, receipts and payments made by customers
Ensuring that all databases are kept up-to-date
Essential Skills:
Good telephone manner and communication skills
Proven customer service experience working in retail, hospitality, office or call centre
Ability to work within a high pace, and high-pressure environment, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of customer service
Determination and motivation to achieve targets
Resilient and pro-active with a flexible approach to work
IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent team Player
Confident ability to meet deadlines
