& London, UK**Within the telecom domain consulting division, Infosys is seeking for Servicenow developers who can work
with multidisciplinary teams in large digital transformation programs to deliver Servicenow solutions across
typical SDLC lifecycle - as Developer / Lead Developer. This will be typically across our Global clients, working
from onshore or offshore, depending on business requirements.
Area of expertise:
- Deep understanding of ITSM / CSM (Customer Service Management) / FSM (Field Service Management) /
- Good handson experience across Integration hub or CMDB.
Required:
- A fundamental understanding of Servicenow modules, integration hub and hands on experiences with
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs all scripted aspects of the
- Experience with ServiceNow client and serverside Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs
- Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of
- Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly
- Custom UI Changes with usage of Web Technologies such as DOM, HTML changes.
- Understanding of Agile way of working
- User Story, Sprint model.
