Property Buyer / Sourcing Agent

Due to increasing demand for investment properties, we are looking to hire a Property Buyer to help source Buy-To-Let investments for PropertyX clients.

We are seeking top talent and we will compensate accordingly.

PropertyX is a fast growing property investment, education and sourcing business. Established back in 2021 we now have over 2,000 active investors looking for properties in the North of England.

This role is full time (Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-4pm).


Key requirements of the role:

• Find and analyse properties online
• Call and speak with estate agents to arrange viewings, make offers and follow up
• Building relationships with local estate agents
• Locate empty houses and write letters to the owners
• Arrange and manage building quotes (previous experience not required)
• Project manage refurbs (previous experience not required)
• Remote meeting with owner everyday
• In person meeting with owner x1 per month
• Appear in social media content to promote brand

(Must be located in Liverpool or within a 30 minute drive of Liverpool max)

Basic salary
Commission structure
Bonus scheme
Realistic OTE £40,900 - £51,000 (commission is uncapped)


Must haves:

• North West based (ideally Liverpool, St Helens, Wigan areas)
• Ability to work remote
• Motivated and autonomous
• IT Literate
• Attention to detail
• High level of common sense
• Confident in decision making
• Driving Licence
• Own a Car

Salary:
£30,000.00-£51,000.00 per year
