About the Company?
With around 25 years' experience operating in Hertfordshire, they also provide their services around the London area.

This practice is working on a range of different Commercial and Residential projects, either small-scale or high-end, you name it.

This wouldgive you an amazing opportunity to expand your portfolio and become a more versatile Town Planner in-time Due to ongoing growth and new projects, they seek a Planner with previous experience with Residential and Commercial projects as this is the nature oftheir business.

Town Planner Requirements:

  • Demonstrate a full understanding of the planning system
  • Solid portfolio of previous success
  • Clientfocused landowners, farmers, estate owners, householders, smaller developers, private clients, and planning applicants
  • Site visits & client meetings across the South of England
  • Prepare site appraisals, planning reports, design + access statements and feasibility studies
  • Project management
  • Represent the company at events and presentations

Desirables:

  • RTPI or RICS
  • Residential and Commercial experience
