Office Angels are looking for an
Operations Assistant to join a successful, fast-operating education and qualifications company based in London Bridge.

This is a great opportunity to work within a fun and friendly team supporting a leadingorganisation.

London Bridge | On-going temp until end of May with potential to be extended further | 9am-5:30pm, Mon - Fri (1 Saturday per month) | £14ph plus exclusive OA benefits | Office Based | Must be available to start immediately


General duties and responsibilities:


  • Picking samples from cellar for courses/events/exams, opening, and checking condition, delivering to classrooms
  • Support Operations Manager, Wine Buyer and School Educators to ensure that samples are showing appropriately and let them know of any issues.
  • Along with other members of the Operations Team;
  • Taking care of deliveries and managing/restocking the wine cellar.
  • Tidying the prep room, glassware cleaning, food storage/prep.
  • Write off stock in NetSuite on a timely basis, in conjunction with Wine Buyer.
  • Participate in quarterly stock count in conjunction with Finance Team.
  • Identify and escalate low stock levels of all products
