Job title:
Regulatory Policy Manager (contract)

Location:
London, hybrid working


Your role will be a Regulatory Policy role to support the existing Regulatory team in identifying, interpreting, documenting prudential and reporting rules.


Key Accountability:


  • You will work with the BAU team to document all relevant data inputs in a concise manner
  • Challenge current interpretations where relevant and ensuring that all aspects are captured accurately
  • Understanding the prudential and reporting rules in conjunction with the systems they rely on to undertake capital adequacy and liquidity calculations
  • Ensuring that all aspects of the team's work are in order and of a requisite quality for regulatory and external audit purposes
  • Attention to detail will be key but also inquisitiveness and the ability to ask the question of why things are being done like that would be helpful

Skills needed:


  • Qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA qualified
  • You have Capital Adequacy Regulatory Reporting experience obtained through performing a line, a regulatory policy or change role
  • You have a broad understanding of banking products
  • You must be able to demonstrate strong communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to plan and prioritise time
  • Process improvement
