£20,000 - £24,000 salary plus benefits

We are looking for a 1st Line Support Technician, someone who will provide excellent customer service and integrate with our growing team of 21 brilliant people.

You'll be responding promptly to inbound support calls, logging incidents and accurately recording key information relating to the client, the nature of the incident and the urgency to meet SLA's.

You'll work through the 1st line support ticket queue, ensuring any escalations to other teams are carried out where necessary.

The workshop is a key part of the 1st line team where you'll prepare new devices for clients or carry out repairs and upgrades.

We are a managed service provider delivering IT support and services to a wide range of businesses and industries of varying sizes.

We have ISO certification for Information Security Management and Quality Management

Based just outside Chichester, we offer flexible hybrid working in a peaceful part of the countryside with provided parking on-site.

We are currently trialling a 4-day work week with reduced hours (36 hours).
As an applicant, you will have a keen interest in IT or are already working in a similar role.

You will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate confidently and effectively with clients and our internal team.


You should definitely:

  • Have GCSE or equivalent with grades of A-C in English and Maths
  • Have previous experience in a customerfacing environment
  • Have a high level of computer literacy with excellent keyboard/typing skills
  • Be able to accurately and quickly record relevant information, often from nontechnical people
  • Legally be able to work in the UK

Bonus points if:

  • You have previous experience in an IT role
  • You have a Microsoft qualification
  • You have a CompTIA qualification
  • You have an NVQ / BTEC Qualification for Information Technology or Customer Service
  • You have a full driving license
