The new CLEO programme is being designed to support UK industry access a growing number of high values, high volume opportunities in the satellite constellation market.
Core activities will include:
- Stakeholder engagement with internal agency colleagues, particularly in Commercial and Finance teams, project managers from industry, academia or research and His Majesty's Government colleagues to promote and raise awareness of the programme.
- Progress monitoring and reporting
- Assurance and governance processes
- Supporting financial processes
- Risk and issue management
- Benefits tracking and development of products and events to
- Support for C-LEO business case development
To support effective delivery of the role and career development the post holder will be supported to undertake relevant professional learning and development courses.
Key responsibilities
Providing support to the C-LEO team including:
- Liaising with UK Space Agency Finance and Business Managers on contracted/grant funded records and administration.
- Collecting and managing data to support governance and monitoring and evaluation purposes.
- Working with the UK Space Agency Communications team to promote C-LEO and publish project outcomes.
- Developing materials and support wider C-LEO events/meetings/and reports for the projects.
UK Space Agency Generic Responsibilities (This is a requirement of all posts)
- Ensure compliance with statutory and legal provisions as set out in the UK Space Agency's policies and procedures.
In particular in relation to:
Financial Regulations, Equal Opportunities and Diversity, Health and Safety, Civil Service Code, Data Protection & the Official Secrets Act.
- Comply with the behaviours and standard requisites as relevant to your post as detailed in your job description, person specification and take responsibility for continuing selfdevelopment, participating in training and development activities as required or requested by your line manager.
- Attend meetings as required some of which may be outside normal working hours
