Description
Due to continued growth, We are recruiting for an Online Sales Manager to boost our E-Commerce business.Day to Day operation of the company website.
Using Pipedrive CRM software for tracking leads.
Follow up customer leads on various platforms, Website, E-mail, Social Media.
Lots of talking on the phone so must be confident and not shy picking up the phone. (No Cold calling, All of the contacts have contacted us in the first instance)
Processing of customer quotations and orders using Microsoft Excel quoting forms.
Liaising with suppliers for ordering of parts.
Confirming delivery dates to customers.
Experience of managing back end of websites and updating product descriptions/pricing would be preferable but full training can be given.
