Support Practitioners in the
Airdrie and
Coatbridge areas.

We have up to 30 hour contracts available.

The Role
As a Support Practitioner, we'll guarantee you heaps of job satisfaction where no two days are ever the same

You'll provide support with all aspects of daily living, including cooking and meal preparation, personal care, medication, and managing personal finances.

As well as helping the people we support in their own homes, you'll support them to do the things they want to do out in the community, including accompanying them on outings and activities, e.g.

going to the cinema, shopping, out for lunch/dinner, attending appointments and maintaining relationships with their friends and family.

Your support will enable every individuals to not only maintain their independence and continue to live in their own home; you'll also help them to play an active part of their community too.

All we'll need you to bring is;

A full, clean manual driving licence
A caring and compassionate attitude and approach
The ability to work well in a team
Good communication and organisational skills
A positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Confidence in the use of computers

Shift Patterns

As we're dedicated to providing the best support possible shift patterns do include split shifts and will involve working a mixture early mornings, days and evenings.

Weekends and public holidays will also form part of your rota on a rotational basis.
