Description

IT Technical Services Manager with excellent knowledge of MS365, server infrastructure and network design, is required by leading UK IT & Telecoms solutions provider in their Huddersfield office.

This is a hands-on role providing infrastructure support,as well as direct line management and contribution to business strategy as part of the senior leadership team.

This role will be hybrid working, with 2 days per week required in the office.

A full UK driving license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

Line management and support to the IT and Telecoms teams
Providing third line IT support
Contribution to business strategy and company development as part of senior leadership
Designing and implementation of new systems for customers and the business
Ensuring department SLAs are met and continuous service improvement

Experience required:

Successful management of an IT team
Strong technical skill in infrastructure/3rd line IT support, including MS365 & Windows server
Design and Implementation of largescale server infrastructure projects
Excellent understanding of network design, cyber security, and firewall management
B2B IT and/or Telecoms experience (MSP experience would be a bonus)

My client is looking to pay a starting salary of up to £45,000 + hybrid working + benefits.
