We have an exciting new role that is being created for a Fleet Administrator.Working directly within the existing Fleet department, you will have the chance to create processes and systems to assist in fleet management.
Day-to-day responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reporting on vehicle activity
- Managing the on hire report for all vehicles
- Daily reporting on driver statistics
- Ensuring all vans are serviced and repaired by our approved network
- Analysing telematic reports on our vehicles
- Reporting on fuel usage
- Managing Insurance MID and accident documents
- Arranging accident recovery and repair
- Ensuring all vehicles are registered for tolls
- Arranging short term hire vehicles
- Managing speeding and parking fines
- Communicating with Contract Managers on issues arising
- Liaising with our suppliers
Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 or 09:00-18:00
Salary:
£27,500.00 per year
