£19,000-£24,000


Hours:
Monday - Friday 12PM-8PM


The Company
Our client, a company based in Glen Parva are looking for multiple customer service advisors.


The Role

  • Answering inbound sales and enquiries
  • Dealing with third party and our internal courier services
  • Liaising with our Workshop & Dispatch teams
  • Liaising with other office and production team members and management to resolve queries to enable timely solutions
  • Other office duties as required to assist the office and services run smoothly
  • Experience in customer service.
  • Calm and polite manner
  • Ability to learn as you go and adapt to changes within growing and successful company
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate, with advanced working knowledge of and use of spreadsheets
