Temporary role - Receptionist - Office based - Cardiff - £11.69 per hour - Part-time hours

Your new company
You will be working for a reputable higher education organisation based Llandaff in Cardiff. They offer highly recognised degree programmes in art and design, business management, public services and more.

Your new role
In this role, you will be responsible for welcoming all visitors to the campus.

You will provide a professional and efficient switchboard service in response to all incoming calls and deal with general enquires.

You will also undertake some administrative dutiessuch as processing bookings.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have experience with delivering excellent customer service skills. You will need to be comfortable in working in a front of house role and possess great communication skills.

What you'll get in return
