Job Summary

Responsibilities and Duties

Lead and manage all aspects of the design, schedule, budget, construction and handover throughout the project lifecycle.
Online and onsite realestate market research
Analysing data through a variety of statistical methods and models, from spreadsheets to graphs
Negotiate with design, engineering and contractor on each project; develop and maintain optimal relationships with external stakeholders
Draft / contribute to construction and consultant contracts.
Confirming building plans with Surveyors, Architects, and Engineers
Creating work schedules so projects are completed before deadlines
Continuously monitoring timelines, resources,costs and project progress
Providing progress reports to company directors

Qualifications and Skills

Experiences in contractual work in construction will be a big plus.
Communication skills to detail complex information in an easytounderstand format
Understanding construction processes and guidelines for effective planning.
Detail

- oriented and be able to produce and deliver executive presentations and project status reports.

- leadership and negotiation skills

Experience with databases and programs such as Excel or Google spreadsheets
Proficiency in mathematics for determining building material quantities and costs and operating site within budget
Persistence and determination to complete the project
