GRADUATE TOWN PLANNER - LONDON
Penguin Recruitment is delighted to present a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate/Assistant Town Planner in London

My client is a highly regarded, independent consultancy offering a range of planning and development related services. They currently have an opportunity for an ambitious Graduate Planner to join the rapidly growing Planning team in London.


The established Planning team specialises in large scale mixed-use regeneration projects, infrastructure, housing, and complex development schemes and prides itself on getting the best outcomes for their clients.


Duties of the Role

  • Preparing well considered and accurate planning advice.
  • Produce comprehensive reports and correspondence.
  • Manage and build relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Assist on project client meetings.
  • RTPI accredited degree in Town Planning or related field of study.
  • Plans to pursue full MRTPI chartership.
  • Previous experience in infrastructure projects, appeals, or residential developments advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • An understanding of the UK planning system.
