***We seek a dynamic and experienced Sales Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in driving the success of our sales initiatives by providing expert technical guidance and solutions to potential customers. Anchored in the art of storytelling, the right individual leverages deep discovery and consultative sales tactics blended with technical expertise to drive revenue attainment through compelling narratives that convey the value of our solutions. Through thoughtfully crafted stories, this Sales Solutions Consultant highlights how our solution can address our customers' specific pain and drive positive business outcomes, ultimately allowing us to build rapport and trust while showcasing the real-world impact of our Saas Solutions. In addition, this role is critical to the ongoing development of our product roadmap. Feeding live prospect and customer insights back to the Product, R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal organizations to ensure continued innovation to meet market demands. This will be a hybrid role, based out of our London office.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Demonstrate the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and understandably to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Collaborate with the Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations teams to identify upsell and crosssell opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of technical knowledge about Velocity Global's products and services, the marketplace we serve, our competitive landscape, and the broader business initiatives our products and services are leveraged for.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and challenges
  • Build strong relationships with key prospects and customers, understanding their short, mid and longterm business goals and challenges.
  • Develop and present compelling and customized product demonstrations and presentations that showcase the value of our solutions.
  • Work in partnership with Revenue, Operations, Customer Success, Product and R&D to understand the clients' business challenges, develop solutions, and turn the concepts into reality.
  • Provide technical support for complex channel partner engagements, which may involve multiple project teams across Velocity Global and our partner organizations
  • Partner with and act as a market feedback loop to internal Product, R&D, Customer Success, Operations, and Legal teams to align product and solution roadmap phases for future release schedules
  • Stay current with HR, HRIS, HCM, Staffing industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape. Share insights and thought leadership with clients and internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within Human Capital Management Systems, Global Expansion, International HR
  • 3+ years of experience in prospect or customerfacing presales or account management roles, preferably within strategic HR, international expansion and/or Enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to hit and exceed quota
  • Passionate for and demonstrated ability to produce polished clientfacing demos and deliverables
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with crossborder merger and acquisition transactions a plus
  • Coachablelisten and hear constructive criticism and take immediate action
