A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a kitchen porter to join us at Fonab Castle Hotel & Spa in Perthshire, Scotland.

In addition to offering a salary of £10 per hour, plus approx.

The Role:

Operate dishwasher to clean crockery and cutlery
Carry out cleaning tasks including washing pots and pans and cleaning food preparation areas and equipment
Unload food deliveries
Ensure all work surfaces, walls and floors are clean and sanitised
Carry out any additional duties instructed by the Head Chef.

The Person:

Previous experience of working in a similar role would be preferred, but is not essential as full training can be provided
No qualifications necessary
Ability to work well as a member of the team and hotel family
Committed to professional excellence
