Description

MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
To ensure the designated machine is operated and run in accordance with the required production schedule.

To maintain and strive to improve the company's current health, safety and environmental procedures.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

To visually inspect the machine running and ensure that production is in accordance with the "First Off" sample provided beside the machine and as signed off by the Shift Leader.

To carry out the daily preventative maintenance, cleaning and inspection routine of the tool and the machine.

To start and stop the machine if there are any quality issues affecting production.

To support all activities associated with the machine, such as colour, foil, stamp and material changes and quality testing.

To maintain a high level of cleanliness around the machine and to adhere to general housekeeping standards.

To provide the correct data input in the Hydra production system and in any manual recordings/documentation.

To ensure correct data records are input in the production sheets and highlight/report any discrepancies to the Shift Leader.

To maintain in good working order the work uniform and PPE provided.

To adhere to all Health & Safety rules and guidelines as notified.

To undertake any other reasonable activities required to support the operations of Craemer UK Limited as requested by those managing/supervising your activities at work.
