PROPERTY SALES MANAGER

An immediate opening for an experienced Property Sales Manager has arisen due to increased levels of business within a leading Surrey based Estate Agency.

This role would suit someone with previous estate agency experience and a genuine passion for sellingresidential properties.
Salary £25K + OTE c.£50K + £1800 car allowance
Key responsibilities for the Property Sales Manager include;

Carrying out property valuations and viewings
Keep clients fully updated on progress
Occasionally assist with the running of the office

The ideal Property Sales Manager will need,

Previous experience within a similar role
Hold a full UK driving licence
Be wellpresented, highly professional with excellent verbal/written communication skills
Have the ability to work in a pressurised, fastpaced, deadline driven environment
Be highly customer focused and enjoy providing a 1st class service
Have good geographical knowledge of the local area
